Freedom

Freedom is the number of options available at any given time.

We can choose how to see, what to focus on, how to speak and think, and react.  This is freedom, available always, easy to access; not always.

That’s the trick.

Murphy moves about us. New laptops, new things, change.

Accept these things, turn lemons into lemonade; these are the practices of a content life.

A life of contentment is one filled not with fear, but rather not “filled” at all

Space to wander, time to wonder.

Room for creativity, energy for connection.

Space where things could have been put, stuff could have gone, but less is more…

Never worry about the coulda… woulda… shoulda…

Everyone seems to be after more when it seems as if we all really want less.

Less of something.

And unfortunately, much of the frustration we see in the world is because getting more of something rarely leads to less of anything.

Less leads to less.  More leads to more.

Growth or decay.

Evolve or die.
