A Gentleman in Moscow Review

A great book made wonderful by a pandemic!

What has the count to teach us?

That we can be the master of our destinies while bound by our realities.

To use the tools (or boundaries) of circumstance to carve for ourselves a life as a work of art. While every stroke may not be a divine delight, it contributes to the beauty of the whole piece.

Whether it is a grand stroke of genius or merely a chance smudge of coffee. It is not about perfection (it never is), but about how we deal with that which is imperfect. Our character shines brightest in times of darkness.
